Refund policy

At VassoHome.gr, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following terms.

Return Period

You may return a product within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order.

Return Conditions

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be unused and in original condition
• It must be returned in its original packaging
• All accompanying items (receipts, tags, manuals, etc.) must be included
• The product must be properly packaged to avoid damage during return

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened (if applicable)

Return Shipping Costs

• The customer bears the cost of return shipping
• If the product is defective or incorrect, VassoHome covers all return costs

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned product.

• Refunds are issued using the same payment method used in the original transaction
• For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, the customer must provide a bank account (IBAN)

VassoHome reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods are received and inspected.

If the order has already been shipped, the return procedure must be followed.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• VassoHome will cover the full cost of return and replacement
